Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 Box Office Collection Worldwide Day 7: Kartik Aaryan’s horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has wrapped up an extraordinary first week at the box office, maintaining its momentum throughout the weekdays following a remarkable Diwali opening weekend. According to Sacnilk, the film collected Rs 9.50 crore nett on Thursday, its seventh day. While the film is performing well, it has experienced an 11% decline from its Wednesday earnings (the film has earned Rs 10.75 crore nett on Wednesday).
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 recorded a moderate occupancy across India, the overall Hindi occupancy for the film on Thursday stood at 23.54%. The film performed relatively better in Mumbai, with a 25% occupancy across 831 shows, while in Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR), it witnessed a 22.50% occupancy for 1021 shows, indicating a steady turnout for the horror-comedy. In general the occupancy rate for the film is falling asleep the days pass by.
This impressive haul took Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’s lifetime domestic collections to Rs 158.25 crore nett, making it the fastest Kartik Aaryan film to reach the Rs 150-crore milestone. Industry experts predict the film will cross the Rs 200-crore mark in its second week, driven by its consistent performance.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has also fared well internationally, with expectations of surpassing the $6 million (Rs 50 crore) mark, although final figures for the first week are still awaited. Till Wednesday, the worldwide box office figures for Anees Bazmee’s film stood at Rs 227 crore gross.
Global box office dominance continues for Singham Again.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has overtaken Singham Again for the second time this week, earning Rs 9.50 crore on Thursday compared to the latter’s Rs 8.75 crore. However, Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again still maintains a Rs 15 crore net lead in overall collections, with its total now standing at Rs 173 crore. This development signals an intense box office battle between the two films as they continue to vie for dominance.
Under Anees Bazmee’s direction, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 unites a talented cast, including Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, and Triptii Dimri. Notably, the film’s impressive performance comes despite facing stiff competition from Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, which features an ensemble cast, including Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Tiger Shroff, and enjoys a wider theatrical release.
